  L.A.R.S. - Linear, Angular, Rotational, Sequencing 

​

                  

 This program has been specifically designed to target and strengthen the muscle groups utilized by rotational athletes. While enforcing mechanics with proper sequencing. Each session is 90 minutes.

 

 

 Improve velocity, bat speed, running speed, overall strength and explosiveness. Get the benefits of training with peers. Group training helps push athletes past their comfort zone. 

 

 

 We have primarily focused on baseball but are now accepting tennis, softball and other rotational athletes. We had amazing results with our tennis athlete including better serve velocity, quickness and overall strength.           

 

   Class led by former Detroit Tigers pitcher Andy Van Hekken                                             and Chase Magsig
